Our Road Agent is currently planning on doing road grading/maintenance across the district the balance of this week and into next as needed.
All residents need to remove their vehicles/ trailers, etc. from the roadway and right of way to ensure the roads can be graded or repaired. If your vehicle is left on the roadway and interrupts the ability to repair the road, there is a possibility the vehicle could be towed at your expense.
Please be patient while he is working there so the project can be completed in a timely/safe manner.
We appreciate your support in advance.
Thank you, Board of Commissioners

The SUR team continues to work on water main replacement. This week Rabbit Path and Beaver Glen will continue to be worked on towards completion. Near the end of this week, it is possible that the SUR team will begin work on Boulder Pass. Please be patient while they are working in any particular area so that the project can be completed in a timely/safe manner
Due to Boulder Pass being a dead-end roadway, please plan ahead and communicate with the SUR team for entry and exiting of the Boulder pass road due to intermittent blockage due to excavation and equipment movement. Plan for extra time as needed.
We appreciate your support in advance.
Thank you, Board of Commissioners
The July 2023 test results have come back above the recommended level for e. coli. We will make a plan to retest soon.

Roadway travel will be interrupted over the next few weeks for the following roadways:
Beaver Glen - Excavation will begin today (7/13) and proceed throughout next week.
Boulder Pass - Excavation will begin around (7/20) or the following week.
Please be patient and allow additional time for entering and exiting these areas when the Construction crew is present. They will do their best to work with residents but it takes time to make a travel portion safe if a hole is opened and / or equipment is in the road.

There appears to be a gross water leak on some area between red fox crossing and rainbows end. We have lost 4 feet of water over night due to this leak. Road isolations will occur tonight while Looking for this leak. Tank is at just under 10 feet so it is possible there will be water outages tonight as the tank level drops. Please be prepared for water loss. This will impact the entire district.

Hello to all residents,
The Board of Commissioners is aware of the current level of Gould Pond due to the recent rain events. Boards had been removed from the Dam prior to and during this most recent rain event that appears to have dropped about 1-2 inches over a 24-hour period. The current lake level makes it unsafe to attempt to pull out any additional boards.
Depending on incoming water volume to Gould Pond from run offs and from Farrer Marsh. It will take a rough estimate of 12-24 hours to drop the lake level by about 4 inches. Depending on this week’s pending rain volume the lowering of the lake may take longer. We continue to monitor the area of the dam / lake outlet.
Thank you for your understanding in advance, ELVD Board Of Commissioners
